Arlington, VA – August 17, 2022 – This August, a number of critically acclaimed international programs will be streaming on the PBS MASTERPIECE Prime Video Channel in Canada including “Charité” and “Redemption,” both from Walter Presents. “Walter Presents: Charité” follows the staff of Berlin’s world-famous hospital while medical history is being made, and “Walter Presents: Redemption” trails ex-cop Valerio as he investigates the alleged suicide of his estranged son, Ettore. Other programs coming to the channel from Walter Presents include “Troubled Waters” and “Blood Oath.”

There she witnesses history being made as she gets an inside look into cures for tuberculosis and diphtheria and discovers her passion for medicine. “Charité” is a Cinderella story intermixed with the exciting real-life research and work of the doctors at the hospital.

This investigation is a painful redemption ––a bond that not even death can break; one between father and son.

In 2021 Walter Presents partnered with Australia’s largest streaming service, Stan, and launched in Latin America with market leader DMD’s streaming service Cindie. From 2022 we will be available on C More in Scandinavia with over 500 hours of content.
