Andrea Downing is responsible for strategic, financial and operational management while leading the company in expanding the reach of public media content across digital platforms. She has been instrumental in evolving the organization’s focus from physical goods to global distribution of a diversified portfolio of businesses, with six Subscription Video-On-Demand Channels at its core.

Amy Letourneau oversees our content pipeline and partnerships with producers. Her team is responsible for rights management, scheduling and royalty reporting for Theatrical, Digital and Television.

John Suydam leads business development and global content licensing across our Transactional-Video-On-Demand, Subscription-Video-On-Demand, Advertising-Video-On-Demand/Free-Ad-Supported-Television, and Education segments. John is responsible for sourcing new revenue opportunities and negotiating distribution deals.

Melissa Adams and her team work with producers to guide their projects through our production process and into distribution. She manages the physical goods release strategy for the company and is the marketing liaison for the E-Commerce business.

Joe Barrett leads sales strategy and execution for Retail, E-Commerce, and International Program Sales, and is responsible for product and sales plans in the Kids, Drama and General Audience genres globally.

Aleksandar Bijedic is responsible for Technology and Analytics at the enterprise level including system implementation, system support, procurement, business intelligence, data engineering, data services and reporting.

Rebecca Carr leads video production, operations and fulfillment, creating cohesive and dynamic systems and processes while maximizing supply chain efficiencies.

Jason Dillinger is responsible for legal, business affairs and regulatory matters including corporate governance and operations, compliance, business transactions, intellectual property, litigation and public policy.

Kaan Ergun is responsible for financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax and compliance, internal controls, collections and treasury.

Tonya Harley leads global advertising, communications, and creative services and is responsible for creating effective marketing strategies to attract and engage consumers.

Richard Kingsbury leads our international Linear Channels, including PBS America and PBS KIDS, handling programming, distribution, scheduling and marketing.

Liz Liebman leads the Subscription-Video-On-Demand Channels business and is responsible for strategic planning, consumer acquisition, engagement strategies, and partnerships across all global SVOD Channels.

Valentia Royal is responsible for Talent and Culture at the enterprise level including talent management, talent development, total rewards, corporate culture, diversity equity and inclusion, compliance and risk management, and office operations and administration.

Scott Sauer leads our fundraising programming efforts and is responsible for increasing membership and fundraising revenues to stations and increasing marketing and promotion for public media programs.

Germaine Sweet develops and executes our drama investment strategy, while also ensuring a significant and consistent pipeline of globally-sourced factual content. She establishes market strategies for digital expansion and identifies business opportunities internationally.
