Parminder Nagra, (“The Blacklist,” “Bend it Like Beckham”) stars as Rachita Ray, a police officer who has recently been promoted to Detective Inspector. She is asked to join a homicide investigation that is deemed a “CSH” or “Culturally Specific Homicide” which she suspects she’s chosen for due to her ethnicity rather than her ability as a police officer. However off-put she feels, Rachita sticks to the case, determined to find the killer by delving deep into the dangerous world of organized crime, while also calling out the obvious biases her colleagues bring to the case. As the investigation continues, Rachita is also faced with the realization that she’s been avoiding the truth about her identity.

But Borgen, who left after being acquitted of the murder of his high-school girlfriend is haunted by his past.

In 2021 Walter Presents partnered with Australia’s largest streaming service, Stan, and launched in Latin America with market leader DMD’s streaming service Cindie. From 2022 we will be available on C More in Scandinavia with over 500 hours of content.
